Vegan Cream Puffs

A simple treat for those of you with a sweet tooth. Not exactly a recipe as such (not until I learn how to make puff pastry that is anyway) but a darn good idea none the less.

Get some ready made, rolled puff pastry. Cut into slices approximately 3×5 inches each. Jab a knife into each corner (something to help it rise apparently – that’s what mum said to do, so I did it :)). Put on a baking tray and stick in a hot, pre-heated oven (about 180 degrees) until they rise and go brown.

Slice and fill with strawberry jam and Soya Too vegan cream. Dust with icing sugar if you have it (I didn’t). Eat and enjoy.
