More numb legs today. I actually had to change their position to try and combat it.
When meditating you try not to move if you can. The feelings you get, like wanting to itch, are just another distraction. if you don’t concentrate on them, if you don’t get attached, you find they go away.
That being said, if you find you have to move it’s ok to do as long as you do it with mindfulness. Do what you do deliberately, and don’t allow your subconscious to dictate your actions.
But still, it’s better not to move if you can help it. So as soon as I get paid I’m going to buy myself a better cushion. Hopefully that’ll make my life a lot easier.
